Suddenly I got the seviour pain on left side of abdominal, when I visited the doctor he gave me the pain killer injection and some tablets to take daily for 5 days and asked me take the ultrasound scan. In the report On the left kidney it is mentioned as “prominent pelvicalyceal system” kindly let me know what does it mean?
