Presence of echogenic shadow approx. of 8 mm in size is noted at mid calyx of left kideney with another large echogenic shadow approx. of 18 mm in size at left pelvis giving acoustic shadow leading to minimal splitting of calyecal system in left kideney.right kideney shows normal findings.

These are kidney stones...U will require surgery to get rid of these stones. Before that get plain ct scan of kub region.
