Kid of 2.5 yrs with sore throat fever

My kid of 2.5 year have red throat , difficult in swallowing , cough , and fever. Pls suggest medicine , i am giving fepanil.. He is not eating waht to feed him.

Give steam inhalations,hot fluids and paracetamol for fever and pain,repeat 4 hourly if required. If no improvement in 2 days,consult your paediatrician.
