My kid is 4 months old and he has not peed form last 6 hours,should I be concerned, he was given cows milk yesterday and vomited all the milk after that

breast feed the baby frequently. check for the napkin for urination sometimes it is missed. avoid cows milk until atleast 14months of age. give exclusive breast milk upto 6m of age.
