Hi, It must be very distressing for you as a parent to see her in discomfort. It sounds like the climate in Bangalore may be a trigger for her allergies, which can be challenging to manage. It might be helpful to work with an allergist or immunologist to identify specific triggers and develop a long-term treatment plan. In the meantime, you can try to minimize exposure to known allergens in your home, such as dust mites or pet dander, and make sure she is staying hydrated and getting plenty of rest. It is also important to take care of your own mental health during this stressful time, so consider reaching out for support from friends, family, or a counselor if needed. Remember, you are doing the best you can for your daughter, and seeking medical help and support is a positive step towards finding a solution.
