I havetoo much khansi (sukha khansi )from 3 days what i will do please give me some suggestion

Avoid taking antibiotics as far as possible. Chew sweet candy. That will secrete saliva and reduce cough. Drink hot milk with haldi.

You can take steam inhalation three time a day Start tablet livofloxacin 500 mg once a day Tablet loratidine 20 mg twice a day both for 3 days If not getting well soon hen consult an physician near by you.
