I am a kertoconous patient who c3r his both cornea in Jan 2021 after that my vision poor I have spax bcva 6/12 and 6/6 but I have problem with reading writing I have very depressing what I can do

Pl you have good vision. Pl use Refresh tears eye drops and consult ophthalmologist for further evaluation and treatment.

Please don't feel depressed. For a keratoconus patient 6/12 and 6/6 with glasses is pretty good vision. Get your refraction done properly, you should be able to read  well. You can use Eyemist eye drops 2-4 times a day.
