I have keratoconus suspect in left eye. Right eye thickness - 524 Left eye thickness - 513 Can I have icl in left eye with keratoconus suspect and in right eye contoura vision surgery! Power is 7.25 in both eyes Can both eyes have different refractive surgeries?

Please share your topography reports. With that kind of power,  i don't think contura vision will be advisable. Better to consider icl in both eyes.  But then again, there are lots of factors to be considered. Please discuss it in details with your operating surgeon.
