Hi Dr, I had gone for c3r with intact as suggested by my doctor, But after surgery I have seen only one semi circle ring (intacs) it is possible that only one semi circle ring can also solve the issue depending on my cornea buldge...or my doctor cheated by putting only one semi circle ring

One or two depends on the corneal topography and position of cone in keratoconus. In some cases only one is needed.
