You should consult ophthmologist nearby for refraction &if prescibed glass , you should wear it & you should use some lubricating eye drops like Optive Eye drops 3-4 times .

use proper specs and get them  tested time to time. use lubricant eye drops 2to3 times daily e.g. refresh tears. and Don't take too much strain.
