I took keflex for acne when i probably didnt need it. stopped on day 7 after acute heel pain in both feet and profuse sweating and puffy face from water retention and constipation. 1 month after started having severe nightmares and night sweats. I know the keflex is still in me because i am lactose intolerant and milk will not alleviate the constipation. Need to know a way to counteract the keflex.
