Keep getting UTI’s after sex

I keep experiencing UTI’s after I have sex. I had a UTI for almost a week and then yesterday I started to feel much better. I had sex again last night and woke up with a UTI again! It is very painful and I keep experiencing them. I’ve had 3 in the last 4 months and they are very painful.
