Hi doctor this is deepa here.. Me n my husband did karyotyping test n in report it came as For wife : KARYOTYPE RESULT 46,XX,21ps+ INTERPRETATION Apparently normal Karyotype, also there is slight increase in the length of satellite observed on chromosomes 21. COMMENTS Increase in the length of satellite on acrocentric chromosomes is a normal polymorphic variation in general population. For husband: KARYOTYPE RESULT 46,XY,14ps+ INTERPRETATION Apparently normal Karyotype, also there is slight increase in the length of satellite observed on chromosome 14. COMMENTS Increase in the length of satellite on acrocentric chromosomes is reported to be a normal polymorphic variation in general population.
