I have c3r two times in my both the eyes but bluring of eyes continues.Can this continued to whole life I face huge problem in vision during nights even the moon seems to appear 3 4 moons at single place..

your keratoconus  seems to be progressive. in such cases the last remedy is kertoplast.maybe  lamellar or penetrating, depending upon the thickness of cornea.though it is a major surgery but.the results are good  need not to worry.
