I have been giving Librium for Alcohol withdrawl and am also on Xanax for anxiety. I am so confused if it is bad taking the two tablets

Yes it doesn't make sense as both are Benzodiazepine...So it depends if your anxiety is part of alcohol withdrawal or independent also...So Consult a Psychiatrist for detailed evaluation and Management of the case... Therapy is the best option other than managing withdrawal..done
