Just a white patch or cavity?

Theres this white patch between my inner teeth that does not get removed regardless of multiple rinsing or even if try scrubbing it gently with a toothpick. Is it cavity?

You need routine scaling (cleaning procedure) by dentist. Doesn't cost much. But I appreciate your concern towards dental health.
