Hi,  I have 1. Patello femoral pain syndrome in my knees 2. Shoulder rotator cuff syndrome in my left shoulder The doctor has suggested physiotherapy which I will start from today along with a bunch of medicines. However I would like to get an opinion about it ? Time to heal both? & precautions ?

uer problem will take some time to recover. continue with uer physiotherapy and exercise.  take precautions.
