I HAVE KNEE JOINTS PAIN NO SWELLING SOME TIME BONTH HANDS JOINT PAIN , MY RA 7 ,ANTI CPP 6 , ANA POSITIVE LOW TITRE 1:160 & 1 :200 , THEN ENA Profile QUITE NORMAL , I WANT TO BEING ANA POSITIVE THERE IS CHANCE OF AUTO IMMUNE DIESES, my bone scintography test normal

If ANA is low positive the you can start a combination of hydroxychloroquine and sulfasalazine. Kindly check if your liver and kidney function is normal. If abnormal then dose adjustment needs to be made. The ANA test needs to be repeated after 2 months after starting treatment.
