Hi! Please don't panic with being diagnosed as a case of rheumatoid arthritis. It is a well known and studied entity. You should consult your orthopedic or rheumatologist for more information. The disease can be kept in a silent phase with minimal medication. It can be completely cured because it's a genetic problem. Don't read about it too much. Extreme joint deformities and problems might never come in all cases. Relax and follow your doctor.
Health Tips
Long term followup with the same doctor should be done.
