I have joint space reduction in middle aspect of knee As informed by ortho doctor.. By seeing my xrays Can i do normal exercise and walking .. If ok what distance can i walk . and any guidance for exercise

Do quadriceps strengthening exercises twice a day for about 15 minutes. Avoid deep knee flexion. Always use western commode, rest do whatever u want..
