Patient 82 yrs old ,facing severe knee joint pain on both sides aggravated more in recent 2 to 3 years , is this osteoarthritis or rheumatoid arthritis , please suggest palliative treatment apart from surgery looking at the age of the patient and patient is also on cardiac medicine , so plz suggest some non surgical measures for cure

Unlikely other options apart from surgical intervention will help. However painkillers, steroids injections and physiotherapist help can be availed according to patients compliance
