I've had an issue with my right foot for about a month now. I think I could best describe it as a dislocation of the 2nd metatarsal bone from the right which causes a deformity in the base of the toes. It seems like the joint where the metatarsal bone is connected to the toe i is situated below the other joints, also relative to the joints in my left foot. When I'm applying pressure to the foot (I.e. walking), the given joint is nudging up and down so it causes friction with the other joints, which is rather unpleasant. How can I fix this?
