I have hemorrhoids for 3 years and i am using annovate cream since last 2 years 2 times daily for it. Since lasr 3-4 months i have mild to acute itching near my inner thigs and at the starting of my but crack. I was using betnovate n for this itching. Today i have today noticed the inner side of my but crack has painless rashes. Pls suggest what it could be?

Hi, It could be a fungal infection causing itching in your inner thighs. You should not use betnovate n cream..as it may further aggravate it. Keep the area dry. Use Terbifin cream locally. Tab lCZ 5mg once daily. Best wishes.
