Since 2023, I’ve been experiencing sudden jerks (convulsions) followed by episodes of unconsciousness lasting 30 minutes to 1 hour. These typically occur during stressful, overwhelming situations. So far, I’ve had 1 episode in 2023, 2 in 2024, and 3 in 2025 (Jan, Mar, May). Symptoms: Most episodes begin with full-body jerks and end in unconsciousness. Jerks also happen during daily activities like drinking water or using a phone. Sometimes they last 2–4 hours and occur repeatedly. After each episode, I experience confusion and memory loss. Triggers: High stress, big tasks, emotional distress, lack of sleep, and skipping meals. Mockery, insults, and negative remarks worsen the condition. Other Info: Lying down helps reduce jerks. I’ve sustained shoulder/head injuries from falls. I fell on my head at age 2–3, but seizures only started in 2023. History: Previously diagnosed with OCD and depression; started episodes around the time I was on OCD meds. I’m currently off med
