My lower chin is long and i have an little under bite . when i speak for few minutes continuously my jaw muscles start paining and some time i dont able to pronounce words properly.

Have you been recommended jaw surgery for this problem as you have mentioned in the title???? A proper clinical evaluation and some X rays will be required to assess the case and explain the treatment options possible in your case rationally, and this is not possible right now going only by the description that you have mentioned. Hello, I can totally understand your concern, but without seeing you it would be difficult to comment on the kind of treatment options that can be offered. Examination along with certain diagnostic studies like a scan should be helpful in making a right treatment plan.
