Jaw surgery
My lower chin is long and i have an little under bite . when i speak for few minutes continuously my jaw muscles start paining and some time i dont able to pronounce words properly.
Have you been recommended jaw surgery for this problem as you have mentioned in the title???? A proper clinical evaluation and some X rays will be required to assess the case and explain the treatment options possible in your case rationally, and this is not possible right now going only by the description that you have mentioned.
