Hello sir. All patients dont need surgery. Some corrections are possible by dental treatment. But just photos are not enough to help you find the right treatment. You will need a detailed check up and a few x-rays based on the checkup. Hope this helped
Hii to adress your problem you need to visit an oral and maxillofacial surgeon. We can decide which jaw is at fault and their is an entire procedure for this u will have to need xrays before taking a right decesion so.e times minor correction can be acheived using braces too.
