My Mother is having Jaundice, Itching, Sudden Weight Loss, increase in Sugar Level.Enlarged Lymph Nodes Found During MRI Scan Suggesting Periampullary Carcinoma. We were Undergoing Ayurvedic Traetment but seems No Help from last 15 days.Pl Suggest whom Should we Consult gastroenterologist or oncologist for further course of treatment.

Then ct scan and biopsy for staging then surgery ir chemotherapy based in reports..

This is called as obstructive jaundice. You must meet a Surgical Oncologist or GI surgeon at the earliest for further evaluation. Few would suggest endoscopy and stenting to relieve jaundice. Please do not do stenting as surgery would become very difficult.
