Jaundice with 3.1 S.bilirubin

I am suffering from jaundice having 1.8 bilirubin level from3months now it is high and shows 4.21 and at last today s report is 3.1 ,I am in iv and glucose, honey water fruts etc.please suggest diet.Iam also take Bcomplex cap with vitc and urosodox 450 mg tab daily.
