My mom has billurubin count of 24, which is increasing week by week from 7.5,17.5and now 24 but has no symptoms except yellow eye, her digestive system has no problem and is following strict food diet only

Hello there. I can understand your concern. . Please attach the full liver function test. Not just bilirubin. Jaundice isn't a disease per se. The cause of the jaundice needs to be found out to tell you a treatment. Get it checked out by a MD consultant physician in person for further evaluation and management. Best regards.
