Jaundice in newborn is not judged as it is done in adults.. their level differ according to their age in days.
Ur child must have been given phototherapy during admission..
An increased jaundice level after phototherapy is normal.. and known as rebound increased level..
It would be better for guiding you, if u could tel the birth weight of the baby, urs blood group, and was it a full term delivery or not ??
These are known as risk factors for increased jaundice in newborn.. if all factors are negative, then at day 10, it seems to be a normal jaundice level
