After 1 st cycle faild what do the next step is hystrocopy must do a next cycle to know the why implantation failure or not nessceray in 1st cycle upt was positive and also beta hcg is 234 but after 15 day nothing to show ultrasoubd only see 12mm endometrium then i started period in this situstion implantation occuror not

Depends on your reason for undergoing IVF procedure. If you have frozen eggs, you can go ahead with another cycle. hysteroscopy/ hysterolaproscopy if required will be adviced by your treating consultant.
