IVE LOST MY MUCUS PLUG AT 26 weeks!

I’m currently 26 weeks pregnant, first pregnancy and I had a heavy bleed after last week due to having sex! Went into hospital overnight and they sent me home the next day after saying I was fine...I’ve now just lost my mucus plug! Is this normal? I have no cramping or anything

If u feel u r hvng excessive discharge that looks like mucus plug you should go and get urself examined. First to rule out any infection and also it could be an early sign of preterm labour. A clinical examination and an ultrasound for cervical status is  must.
