IV pain after 4 weeks

I am experiencing pain while lifting, holding, using fingers etc. in the area shown in image. It feels like it is problem with the vein where IV was given 4 weeks ago before hernia surgery. This pain seems to be increasing. This pain started 2 days ago. Before that, it was normal. Should I go to doctor? Can I ignore this? No fever. Why did this happen?

Kindly take a physical consultation so that examination can be done. It is not normal to have an increasing pain esp after 4 weeks
