Respected sir/Madam I have Little Bit erection problem I tested semen Analysis That report shows That my count is 39 million And motility 35% it is normal. I consulted doctor with my report He suggest me go for IUI.My Wife All reports are normal . Kindly advice me what to Do.

Why iui?? Ur report is not normal the count ahould be 40 millions with actively motile sperm 60%for natural pregnancy the count and motility can be increased with proper ayurvedic medicine
