Hi, My doctor did iui for me on apr 16 which is the 14th day of my cycle. There were 2 matured follicles and this is the 2nd iui for me. My husband's sperm count was 21M/ml and motility was 99%.. iui was done soon after 1 follicle ruptured.. I did pregnancy test on May 1 which is the 15th day after iui and result was negative.. I did not get periods yet .. what could be the reason for iui failure even when my husband's count and motility is good and 2 follicles ruptured for me?
