IUI failed

Ma 1st iui failed. I am thinking d procedure is not correct antha. Actually v washed sprem in one lab n taken to doctor clinic i took 30min for us n weather was so hot.after reaching d clinic doctor did scan than procedure start. Almost ma procedure 45 min after wash. Is it reason for failure. Kindly help me. I am totally in confusion.
