Yes , it’s concerning if baby is IUGR ( as baby may have hypoglycaemia or polycythemia etc ) . It can monitored by neonatologist and proper action will be done by him only . IUGR ( intrauterine growth retardation) so it’s intrauterine means already happened, EUGR ( extrauterine growth retardation ) in this you can do lots of things because it extra uterine means happens after the delivery. You have to monitor for up to 2 years ( weight / height / milestones) .
