After getting ivig my child platelet count increased from 6000 to 64000 now after 5 days it has fallen drop now it is just 16000 plz suggest what to do I m so confused

It need admission and evaluation..16000 is too low...diagnosis needs to b reconsidered ..further evaluation and expert opinion.
