I am having problem opening the foreskin, itchy  After opening foreskin I can see Small cut on below the neck of pennis From that yellowish Liquid is coming out from there That smells very bad , opening of pennis everytime feels like itchy I'm worried about std or sti Please reach out to help me so that consult accordingly.
