Itchy vagina, heavy discharge, burning

10 days ago I noticed a slight burning and itch, so I gave it two days and it got worse. I went to the doctor, she told me I had BV and a UTI. She prescribed me antibiotics for it and I've been taking them for a week. But now the itchiness is getting worse and there's even more discharge.
