Mild steroids should be given ...looks like allergic conjunctivitis . Start E/d Moxigram LP one drop 4 times a day for 5 days  then will taper accordingly. E/d Refresh tears 6 times/d

Follow up after 5 days steroids dose may need to be tapered.
