Have been trobuled with itchy scalp because of dandruff. Also tiny bumps have appeared on head as well as on beard. Hair fall and dandruff

Hello, you seem to have folliculitis ( it can be fungal as well as bacterial) along with hairfall. Both the things can happen together and folliculitis can increase the hairfall.
