Itchy Scalp! Not dandruff

Some kinda white powder is present in my head. I don't think it's dandruff and no matter how many remedies I try, it doesn't get any better. The scalp is also itchy and the itchy increases to 10x if I move from a cool environment to a warmer one.

Hi. the white powder is not visible on the photos sent.  Have you tried any anti fungal based shampoo for this - would definitely help - give it a try.  Warm regards,  Dr Govind Suresh Mittal, Bengaluru
