Itchy scalp and severe hair fall

Itchy scalp specially in crown area and severe hair fall. Facing this issue since six months and tried homeopathy for tha same but no changes. Even tried iron and vit D tablets after consultation but the problem is still there. Now not even able to comb my hair due to this.
