Itchy scalp & dandruff

I've itchy scalp & dandruff for last 3-4 years. I used to control it by applying Nizral AD Shampoo 2-3 times a week. Suddenly it seems this product is out of stock everywhere. I can't find a suitable effective replacement. Plz suggest any? Besides I'd like to ask whether is it completely curable through medication?

Dandruff can be completely controlled. Alternate medicines to nizral are arcolane lotion, scalp lotion and many more. I use these two brands regularly as they have good conditioners. Ketoconazole containing shampoos cause lot of dryness so you can use a conditioner after washing it off. General measures from your side would be not to apply oil to your scalp. And wash your scalp regularly. Keep your hair short. Sun exposure reduces dandruff. It increases in winters. If you also have excess acne and oily skin avoid high protein and high calorie diet.
