I was diagnosed with a sun allergy a few years back. This created a white and red itchy rash on my arms. It went away for a while but it has come back now. I have also developed some kind of dry skin on my forehead and at the start of my scalp. When I take a shower sometimes this skin on my forehead and upper back comes off. My forehead also gets extremely itchy. What is it and what do I do? Pictures attached after I have itched the skin.
