85 year old female known case of right side heart failure,HTN, dyslipidemia and hypothyroidism complaining of Generalised body rash and itchiness the rash started one week ago it started in the bilaterally in the lower limb till the knee and then gradually days after began in the upper limb and today it appeared in the chest, the rash is itchy red with pustules that some times oozes clear fluid. She was started on nifedipine three days before the rash.
