I have been having red itchy bumps above my penis. On my pubic hair area. Just recently i have white powder substance around my bottom penis shaft. It just happen after i receive unprotected oral sex .

it looks you needed an examination and a course of mild antibiotic. Better you visit your physician for examination followed by medicine prescription.
