Itchy, burning feeling lips

Lips feel like they're burning (feels like after eating something spicy), lips are itchy, cracked, redness noted around the oral mucosa. Lip moisturizer is applied but not resolved. It's been a few days. I've had these symptoms before especially during cold season, but it's worse this time. There are also little bubbles on my lips, my taste buds are raised, and i can feel bumps on my upper palate.

Your narration about the lip problem looks like inflammatory lip with some mucosal changes. We would be able to diagnose by clinical examination and some laboratory test. Specialist in Oral Medicine will be able to give you the best remedy.
