For as long as i remember ive had a itchy anus whichbis particulary worse at night right before bed. If un scratched i will do so in my sleep. It almost feels moist down there as if it was sweat. I have been checked for threadworms and treated however, this was not the case. I have also been perscribes anti itch/fungal cream which helps temporarily
